SERVICES / DELIVERY

The specialist team that does the work.

What is it about?

The strategy exists. What is missing is someone to carry it out. We bring in the specialists the job needs and do the work all the way, from setup to operations. You order per assignment, with a cap.

Our position

We do the work.

The analysis is done. The work is not.

The report is delivered and the strategy approved, but most of it stays in a folder. The problem is rarely the ideas. What is missing is someone who carries them out and checks that they have an effect.

Delivery is Memorise's third level: a team of specialists who carry the work through. It covers setup, production, operations and optimisation within search, advertising, web, content and creative. Each assignment is ordered on its own, with a cap, and followed up against the business.

INCLUDED

What you get.

Setup.

Accounts, measurement and tools in place, in your name from the start.

Production.

Content, ads, pages and creative made to be used, not archived.

Operations.

Ongoing work in the channels, so what was built keeps delivering.

Optimisation.

What has no effect is measured, adjusted or switched off.

First the cap, then the work

From assignment to done.

Every assignment starts with what is to be done and the most it may cost. Within the cap the team does the work and reports what was done and what it delivered. The cap holds even if it takes longer, and if it takes less time you pay less.

  1. You say what needs doing, and we agree on a cap
  2. We put the team together for your assignment
  3. The team does the work, all the way into the business
  4. You see what it delivered, and what has no effect is adjusted

Many agencies hand over a report. We do what it says.

There are usually two other routes.

  • Do it in-house.

Needs someone with the time and the know-how for that channel.

  • A regular agency.

Hours are counted afterwards, and the work goes to whoever happens to be free.

  • Delivery.

You order the execution per assignment, with a cap agreed up front.

Never above the cap.

Every assignment has a cap that holds, however long it takes.

You own everything we build.

Code, content, data and accounts are in your name.

The right specialist.

The team is put together for the assignment.

ACCESS

People you would not otherwise reach.

Through Memorise you get access to specialists with decades of experience. They have run their own agencies or served as heads of technology at major companies. What they have in common is that they have turned their backs on the industry's drift towards lower quality.

With Delivery, we bring them in where the assignment calls for it.

We take the first conversation, put the team together for the assignment and follow up that it gets done. See who we are
Then the right specialist.
Specialists who know the exact channel the assignment concerns. You do not need to find them yourselves, or know when they are needed.

What is it about?

Where do you stand?

Three levels. Combine what you need.

The level decides how deep we go, the area what we do. Most clients combine, for example Leadership for the whole and Delivery in the channels where you lack people. The areas are the same in all three: search and AI visibility, advertising, web, content and creative.

  1. Level 1

You have a quote or a plan on the table and want to know if it holds up before you decide.

    Direction

    We advise, you decide.

Includes: Monthly check-in, help with priorities and a second opinion on proposals and quotes.

    Read about Direction
  2. Level 2

Many suppliers, but no one who owns the whole.

    Leadership

    We take the wheel.

Includes: Project management, directing the specialists and a monthly report to management.

    Read about Leadership
  3. Level 3· This page

    Delivery

    We do the work.

Includes: Setup, production, operations and optimisation. Ordered per assignment, with a cap.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Delivery and Leadership?

In Delivery we do the work you order. In Leadership we make the decisions and own marketing leadership over time.

How do we order?

Per assignment, with a cap. It never costs more than the cap, and if it takes less time it costs less.

Who does the work?

Specialists brought in for the assignment, within the discipline in question. The right person for the task, not whoever happens to be free.

Who owns what is built?

You do. Code, content, data and accounts are in your name from the start.

Can we order a single service?

Yes. An assignment can cover one channel, such as a campaign or a new website, or several at once.

Is there a lock-in period?

No. Each assignment is ordered on its own, and you do not commit to more.

Can Delivery be combined with the other levels?

Yes, often. With Leadership we also make the decisions about the whole. With Direction you make the decisions yourselves, with our judgement as support.

Have an assignment?

Choose what kind of assignment it is and book a time. The topic is in the booking, so we can go straight to what needs doing.
