SERVICES / WEB
Web agency.
Web agency for companies who want a site built for business outcome, not for the agency's portfolio. Tech selection follows your needs, not our preferred stack. You own the site, the data and the licenses. Cap and budget you set yourself. Monthly billing. No lock-in.
Our position
Sites you actually own.
What do you want to achieve?
Process
How a web engagement works.
The structure is the same whether we build new or take over an existing site: diagnosis, build, measurement, operations. Pace varies with scope. You always know what the next step is and the impact it should deliver.
Diagnosis.
Business goals, audience, measurement stack and current site state mapped.
Build.
Tech by need. Content structure that drives conversion, not fills space.
Measurement.
The site's business impact visible from day one, not six months later.
Operations.
Continued development on your terms. Monthly billing, no lock-in.
Web agency built for business outcome, not for portfolio.
Most web agencies sell what looks good in their portfolio. A platform they know. A process they repeat. A result they can display.
We take the opposite angle. The work starts with what the site should actually deliver for your business: leads, sales, brand effect, or a combination. Then we choose tech, structure and content that drive there.
The end product is not our showcase. It is your tool.

A web agency that builds websites for business results: leads, sales or brand. We build for business outcome, not for the agency's portfolio. Tech selection follows the need. You own the site, the data and the licenses after delivery.
Web agency in the AI search era.
Search engines, AI Overview and competitive pressure on websites have shifted. A site that was right in 2022 is not automatically right in 2026. We build for current behavior: visitors arriving from AI answers, from cited sources, from content the machine trusts. Tech, structure and content must work together for the site to count in the new competition.
- Performance baseline that AI Overview actually evaluates: load time, mobile-first, structure (per Core Web Vitals)
- Schema.org markup that lets search engines and AI understand what the site actually offers
- Content architecture that matches both organic SEO and AI-citation eligibility
- Conversion measurement that covers the full purchase path, not just form submits
- Security and operations that don't require you to stay with a specific agency for the site to keep working

A website not built for business outcome is a cost. We build it so it becomes an investment.

We don't lock you in. Not to us, not to a platform.
No platform lock-in.
Open-source or established tech. Not proprietary systems you cannot migrate from.
You own the site.
Accounts, code, data, licences. Everything in your name from day one.
Monthly billing.
Price ceiling you set. No commitment, no volume contract.
Many web agencies build on proprietary platforms or trap clients in a specific tech stack. That creates lock-in: you can't switch agency without rebuilding the site from scratch.
We do the opposite. The site is built on open-source or established platforms you own the license for yourself. The code is yours. The data is yours. Domain, hosting and third-party tools live on your accounts.
You can switch agency at any time without starting over. It's a standard you shouldn't have to ask for.
Why Memorise as a web agency.
Specialist network.
Frontend, backend, performance. Different experts per engagement, matched to what the site actually needs.
Open-source base.
WordPress, Next.js, established frameworks. You can change agency without rebuilding from scratch.
AI-search ready.
Schema.org, accessibility, semantic structure. The site appears in AI Overview, not just classic SEO.
Operations discipline.
Security, backups, updates ongoing. Not a project that ends at launch.
How we work.
How we work.
Monthly billing, price ceiling set by you.
No lock-in, no transition project.
You own all accounts and content.
Decision support, not status.

Frequently asked questions about web agencies
Which platforms do you build on?
All major ones. WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Sanity, Next.js, or custom-built when standard platforms don't fit. The platform choice follows what you need: your business model, your content volume, your integrations, your performance and editorial requirements. We have no favorite stack we push for. It's your site, your business, your choice.
What does a website cost?
Price is based on what the site should deliver, not on a standard package menu. A simple company presentation lives at a completely different level than a site with integrations, e-commerce, multilingual support or custom editorial functions. Send an email with what you have in mind and we come back with a picture of what your specific need would mean cost-wise.
Do we own the site after delivery?
Yes. Code, design, content, data, domain, hosting and licenses live on your accounts. No hostage situation with us. If you change agency, documentation, logins and everything necessary follow so the next partner can continue without starting over.
How long does it take to build a site?
From a few weeks for a simple presentation site to several months for complex projects with integrations, multilingual support or custom functions. The time is calculated against what the site should deliver, not against an industry template. We set a realistic plan early and hold it.
Do you help with operations and continued development after launch?
Yes. Monthly billing, you set the cap, no lock-in. Security updates, content support, continued development as needed. If you stop wanting to work with us you take everything with you and continue with someone else without friction.
Do you build e-commerce?
Yes. Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom-built e-commerce when standard platforms don't fit. The platform choice follows your product, your markets, your integrations against inventory, finance systems and payment flows. Not our tech preference.
Can we coordinate web with SEO and paid?
Yes, we recommend it. A site without traffic is a half-solution. We can coordinate web, SEO and paid campaigns in parallel so they reinforce each other. Or build the site so you can take over organic and paid yourself or with another partner. Both work.
