Alexander Larsson is the founder of Memorise and a strategist who takes holistic responsibility for the client's marketing. He started the agency after repeatedly meeting companies that paid handsomely for agency services without being able to say what they got out of it. At Memorise, every krona invested should be traceable to a business goal.

Background.
The background
Alexander met company after company paying tens of thousands of kronor a month to agencies. Many couldn't say what they got out of it: reports they didn't understand, analyses that never led to action and no one taking responsibility for results. The gap between what was ordered and what actually happened in the business became the reason he co-founded Memorise.
The role today
As founder and strategist, Alexander takes holistic responsibility for the client's marketing and acts as an extension of their own team. He sets the direction, brings in the right specialists from the network when needed and maintains radical transparency where the client owns everything and sees everything.
How I work.
Strategy before channel.
No one should have to buy SEO because they "ought to have SEO". They should buy it because it solves a specific business problem.
Transparency as standard.
The client owns everything, sees everything and understands why each effort is made. No black boxes.
The right person in the right place.
A senior specialist who has actually done it before is always worth more than a junior team with a polished PowerPoint.
Right now.
Right now I'm building predictable growth engines for B2B clients across several industries: e-commerce, construction, tech and recruitment. It's about setting the right strategy, bringing in the right specialists from the network at the right time and making sure what we do shows up in the business numbers, not just in dashboards.
We're the agency your agencies hire. For me that means taking holistic responsibility: setting the direction, holding it and making sure the result lands in the business, not in yet another monthly report no one acts on.
